At Punk’s Backyard Grill®, we take our beverages as seriously as we take our food.

That’s why you won’t find the usual soft drink products at our restaurant.

With artificial flavors and high fructose corn syrup sweeteners—and a list of chemical additives almost as long as the can—these products wouldn’t stand up very well to our fresh, honest food. Instead, we choose to serve Boylan’s® vintage all-natural sodas. Boylan’s is a family-run company, and they’ve been making simple, honest, delicious, soda since 1891 using ingredients like pure cane sugar and real cola nut, pure vanilla, real lemon and lime juice, fresh ginger, real black cherry juice, and pure birch oil. Remember how cream soda used to taste? Ever had a real birch root beer? Our Boylan’s soda will take you back to the “good old days.”

That’s why our iced tea is so delicious.

It’s made from a blend China Black tea and other specialty teas, including Orange Pekoe and Pekoe Cut Black Tea. It's brewed fresh throughout the day, and sweetened with all-natural pure cane sugar.

That’s why we mix our own small-batch sangria, margaritas and other specialty cocktails by hand.

Take our margaritas, for example. They contain fresh lime juice, sugar, Triple Sec, and 100% pure agave tequila. That’s all. None of that scary neon green mix you see in the grocery store, loaded with preservatives and food coloring and corn syrup. Same goes with our sangria. We start with authentic Spanish Tempranillo wine, then we slice some pears, strawberries, and oranges, then we mix in a little Triple Sec, brandy and sugar. That’s it! Of course, it takes a few days to let all the flavors marry and mellow, and that’s where the magic happens. But the ingredients in all of our cocktails—from mojitos to margaritas to sangrias—are honest and simple, just like our food.

That’s why our wine and beer selection is so diverse and interesting.

If you like beer, we’ve got a style for you, and all of it was chosen because it goes with our food. Prefer a lighter, less hoppy style? How about a Sam Adams®, Corona®, Blue Moon® or Red Stripe®. Want something a little darker and more complex? How about a Sierra Nevada® or Dogfishhead®. Our wine selection is just as diverse and interesting. We spent a lot of time searching for reasonably priced, high quality wines that pair beautifully with our food. Whether you’re in the mood for a Cabernet or Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc—we’ve got it at Punk’s Backyard Grill. And you can enjoy all our wines by the glass or by the bottle!
